Opalescent Scotty Dog Bookends (Pair)

Description

This is for
a pair
of Opalescent Crystal Scotty Dog bookends. These were commissioned by the National Cambridge Collectors and were recently manufactured by Mosser Glass Co., from an original Cambridge Glass Company mold. Each is approximately 3" wide, 5" long, and 6¾" tall.
The Scotties are being sold as a
fund raising project
, for the ongoing support of the National Cambridge Collectors. The bookends are marked on the bottom: "NCC."

The National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. is a non-profit Ohio corporation which was founded in 1973 to establish and maintain a permanent museum in Cambridge, Ohio for the display, study and preservation of Cambridge Glass. The museum is pictured at right, and is open April through October on Tuesdays through Sundays.
Part of the mission includes accumulating and publishing information related to the Cambridge Glass Company. As of today, the NCC has published over 16 books relating to Cambridge Glass Company products.
