CAMBRIDGE GLASS EBONY STYLE 1 CLIP WING 3” SWAN OPEN SALT CELLAR DIP NUT DISH

A beautiful and little pressed glass swan in black glass, or ebony as it was called by Cambridge.
This swan was made by the Cambridge Glass Company, formerly of Cambridge, Ohio and is what is referred to as a Style 1 clipped wing swan in the smallest, or 3” size.
It has been factory ground and polished on the base to such an extent that the Cambridge Glass triangle C trademark has been obscured.

Age and Condition
Circa 1930’s.
It is in excellent condition.
Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item.
There are no chips, flea bites, repairs, cracks or hairlines to the glass.
One place of minor roughness can be felt at the very bottom front, but in studying this with a loupe I believe it is a flaw from the factory in the making of the glass.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
Approximate Dimensions
About 3.25” (8.3 cm) long by about 2” (5.1 cm) wide and sits about 2.375” (6 cm) off the table at the top of the neck.

If the items are set up as “Free Shipping” and you buy more than one of our open salt cellars, individual nut dishes or toothpick holders at the same time we will refund you $ 4.00 for each piece you buy, after the first one.
Please note: this does not include salt cellars, individual nut dishes or toothpick holders sold in groups; only one (1) $ 4.00 refund in this manner will be issued per each group or lot of pieces sold as a group or lot.
Your actual shipping costs should be calculated automatically when you enter your zip code into eBay.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
The only form of payment I accept from international buyers is Pay Pal.
No exceptions!
International shipments will encounter longer shipping times due to distance and Customs requirements.
The USPS says 6-10 business days, but it can take longer.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, import taxes or other related customs or import charges and all our out of pocket costs incurred in the shipment of packages internationally.
International shipment options will be via USPS First Class Mail (when the item being shipped meets the requirements of that service) or Priority Mail when it does not.

RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased and would like to return it please contact me within 14 days to discuss the details.
